Method

The bureau has worked since 2024, in the Mirabad district of Tashkent. We don't cut stages to cut the price — we cut scope. Planning, visualisation, construction documents and site supervision all stay, because those are what decide whether the thing that was drawn actually gets built.

Most of our work is Tashkent's panel housing stock. Nine-storey blocks, load-bearing walls nobody may touch, six-square-metre kitchens, balconies each glazed a different way. We do not treat that as a limitation. A building that already stands is the terms of the problem, and there is almost always more in it than can be seen from the front door.

So what leaves the studio is not a set of pictures but a set of documents: survey, plan, details, schedules — something you can build from and check against. The prices on this site are the same ones we quote in the chat.
