Charvak Villa

A weekend house in the mountains above the reservoir. The ask was not a dacha but a view — water and slope in every window.

The house steps down the slope instead of cutting into it. The double-height living room turns to the water behind full-height glazing; the road side is blind stone. The materials are honest — local stone, thermo-treated timber, travertine.

A house that neither argues with the slope nor blocks the water.
